Caffeine (2.7.24)

I’m finally not addicted to coffee, after about eight / nine years of constantly drinking it. I can tell because I don’t get headaches w/o it. This isn’t sponsored, but instead I’ve been drinking Kiala greens. Kiala greens are so delicious and great for gut health. They add enough caffeine to wake me up, in addition to the nutrients and minerals. I just had half a cup of black coffee, and for the first time in a long time, it’s making me anxious. That’s how you know I’m no longer addicted. As of right now, aside from typing this blog, I’m also typing someone’s book for them so they can get it published. They wrote their book on paper originally. Why? Maybe one day I’ll explain that to you if I get permission to. As of right now all information regarding this book is limited until it’s published. However, I will share what the book is eventually because it’s super interesting, if you like reading. Which I assume you like reading if you’re here right now. Typing their book while reading it, and being apart of the journey, has been very therapeutic.
